These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SafeLoveMarriage.com website and all services offered by us, including professional counseling referrals, officiant wedding services, podcast content, and book purchases. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

SafeLoveMarriage.com offers the following services:

  • Professional marriage education, counseling, coaching and training services

  • Officiant services for weddings and ceremonies

  • Podcast content on relationships and marriage

  • Book sales and related educational resources

  • Retail Merchandise

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Counseling Services

Counseling services offered through SafeLoveMarriage.com are provided by Dr. Shena Manning, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the State of Georgia. Services are governed by applicable Georgia state licensing laws and the ethical guidelines of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia. Counseling services are provided under a separate client service agreement and are distinct from the officiant, podcast, and educational content also offered on this site. 4. Officiant Services

Officiant services are subject to a separate service agreement. Availability is limited and subject to scheduling. Deposits and cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SafeLoveMarriage.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, podcast episodes, and book content, is the property of SafeLoveMarriage.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Upload or transmit malicious content or spam

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Payment & Refunds

Payments for services and products are processed securely. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeLoveMarriage.com and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
